South Downs Garden Centre, Hassocks
Main contractor for a new 450m² coffee shop and an 800m² oak-framed Heritage Centre.
About the project
South Downs Garden Centre is an extensive site with an existing coffee shop. As main contractor, our remit was to build a new 450m² coffee shop next to the existing one and adapt the hard landscaping around it. The work took the whole of 2014.
Once the new coffee shop had opened, on time, the old building was demolished in early 2015. On its site we then built an 800m² oak-framed Heritage Centre.
