Lynton Close, Hurstpierpoint
A bungalow given a rear extension, a loft conversion and a full refurbishment.
About the project
The client wanted a modern, clean look for this existing bungalow.
The rear extension forms one living space with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. It has underfloor heating and a large rooflight, and outside it is finished in a through-colour render with no fascia or soffit lines.
The loft is now a master suite reached by an open staircase. We fully refurbished the existing property too, with a ceiling-height door to the hallway to give a feeling of space. Pocket doors save room and keep the lines clean, and every internal door is finished with shadow gaps.
