Main Contractor for Coffee Shop construction and Heritage Centre in oak timber frame.
PROJECT DETAILS
South Downs Garden Centre is an extensive site including an existing coffee shop. Jurial Constructions remit was to construct a new 450m2 coffee shop adjacent to the existing and adapt the surrounding hard landscaping. This work took the full duration of 2014.
Post completion and successful on time opening of the coffee shop, the existing building was demolished in early 2015.
On this original site we have constructed an 800m2 Heritage Centre oak framed which will be completed in early 2016.
